Options
  -Buy cube and place on building.
  -Place meadow or fire reservoir for 1 gold.
  -Buy and place a coin or citizen.
  -Spend all gold, draw & place cube from bag, place, end round.
  -Advanced: buy cube and place on gate.
  -Advanced: place an emblem (rounds 3-5 only).
Building Rules
  -First tile may go anywhere.
  -Subsequent tiles must be adjacent to a previous one.
  -Buildings (yellow) of same number must not touch.
  -Construction may not begin with Glass.
  -Each subsequent cube on the same building must be >= value.
  -Each building must contain at least two different building materials.
  -Number on tile tells number of cubes to finish it.
  -Finishing gives VP for cubes: Clay=0, Wood=1, Stone=2, Glass=3.
  -Finished buildings may hold coin or citizen.
  -Meadows may hold only citizens.
  -Fire Reservoir is always vacant.
  -Advanced: gates only on board edges, not corners and not adjacent. May hold coin or citizen.
  -Advanced: gate costs 2 gold and 1 stone; provides 2 VP
Final Scoring
  -Most citizens: 10-6-3 VP (ties give same score, skip next)
  -Most coins: 10-6-3 VP (ties give same score, skip next)
  -Meadows: 3 VP each occupied; 1 VP each unoccupied
  -Fire Reservoir: 5 VP if complete building on all four sides
  -Numbers on complete buildings added to total
  -Ties: citizens–>coins–>tiles
  -Advanced: 6 VP per gate if two built on opposite sides, otherwise 3 per gate
