Sequence of Play

  1. Determine Start Player: vote share/Meetings/media/agreements
  2. Hold Party Conference Ordinary: change 2 Platforms and gain 3 Party Bases
    Special: change 1 Platform or gain 3 Party Bases
    Increase Party Bases (1 per agreement in election region)
  3. Deploy Shadow Cabinet: S - Increase vote share
    R - Raise importance of an Opinion
    M - Substitute media token (pay 800 to loser)
    P - Turn up Trend Disc
    H - Turn down Trend Disc
  4. Build Coalitions: 2 agreements for voluntary, 3 for forced
  5. Buy and Place 1 Media Token
    For each region, Plurality can change 1 opinion
  6. Buy and Place Campaigns, up to 4 per region
  7. For each region, auction and release Opinion Polls
  8. Assess results in upcoming regions
    Absolute majority can change 1 opinion
  9. Regional Election
    1. Hold Election: Votes for Bonn = ( M + Ü) x S
    2. Winner: transfers media token to Bonn opinions to Bonn: plurality=2; majority=3
    3. Receives 1 Party Base per party/Bonn opinion match
    4. Party Revenue: 10xVotes for Bonn + 100 per Party Base
    5. Donations
    6. Rearrange Boards
    After all 7 regions are finished, conduct Federal Election: (10m + 10Ü + p) x s
